“I am so proud and happy to be part of the fundraising event for Boldly Me. I strongly support the cause and acknowledge the need for more information about this disease, as well as understanding how it feels for others to live with alopecia. By offering my berets to the Boldly Me community, I encourage the community to stay strong, beautiful and proud of who they are, no matter the physical circumstances. ” says Keldamuzik, the creator of Tamz berets.
Boldly Me is a Bay Area based non-profit organization that serves all people who feel different, including those with Alopecia. The organization has a strong mission to educate, mentor and support individuals so they can achieve their own unique potential.
The Boldly Me staff
The organization started as Boldly Bald and then quickly resonated with multiple people who felt different – which is why the organization expanded to people with scar tissue, burn victims, eating disorders, gender or sexual identity, mental illness, and many other differences that can lead to depression and anxiety.
Boldly Me is proudly supporting those who feel different and practicing what they preach, through their motto, Helping those who feel different build healthy self-esteem.
